Almost 100% of the time we down-grade the condition of our titles just to be on the safe side. Meaning, they're almost ALWAYS in better condition than what we list them as. In order to coincide with Goldmine's grading standards, we have no choice but to give them said grades. For instance, titles that have been given a VG+ or VG grade, MAY have surface scratches, but MAY NOT have any surface noise, etc. The exception MAY be titles that have been given a Good or Fair grade, but again, this isn't always the case. Vinylized Seller Policies: Payment is due within 5 days of your order being placed. Unless special arrangements have been made, all unpaid orders will be cancelled after 5 days. At this point in time, we will only being offering Media Mail for US based orders. With that being said, many of our selections are priced extremely low, and sometimes, the S&H charges will be higher than the actual cost of the titles themselves. So, due to the fact that our S&H prices are clearly listed, once you the buyer places an order, we will not get into debates over this topic. All packages shipped within the United States are sent via USPS Media Mail with a delivery confirmation number. All packages shipped outside of the United States are sent via USPS First-Class Mail International with a corresponding customs form. For this service, tracking numbers are NOT provided. If you are concerned about your international package(s) being "lost," then we can ship them via insured or registered mail for an additional charge (usually around $10.15 per package, based on weight). If you choose to waive this option, and for some reason your package(s) are lost, there will be little that we can do to assist you, other than waiting for your package(s) to be returned to us, which can often take weeks or even months, if they do end up showing up at all. For added security of your item(s), we are willing to ship your item(s) via Priority Mail International or Express Mail International (costs range from $24.00 - $35.00 USD per package, based on weight). For both of these services, tracking numbers ARE provided. No matter whatever preferred method of shipment that you choose, once an item(s) has shipped, full ownership is then transferred to the BUYER, as we are NOT responsible for lost or damaged item(s) once they have left our possession.
