All begins in 1998 when H48 records a solo demonstration ~ like that, for the fun and without claim ~, he met DUMA which was already writting from its side. Together they decided to unite and form what will be their group ~ Double Face ~, reinforced by the presence of Djamel aka Dj Mastercross and Bel-H which adds a ra~ harmonic.
They quicly start to ge grant all around their area. 1999, the name change from ~Double Face~ to De~mos, reference at the end Latin Demos (people) and to De~mos, one of the satellite revolving around the planet Mars. Very quickly the formation takes a new dimension, and released their first EP ~ Visions d^un monde ~ (2000), representing the first discographic adventure of the group.
2001 : A tour is organized for the CD promotion. The group furrows the area and beyond (cf concert history) and acquires a scenic solid reputation. The group will go in Canada to promote their music and will carry out there 10 days touring, 10 days rich in strong moments.
In 2002 the group members organized themselves around their associative structure, K2P (Case of Peace) and put 4 young employment whose vocation will be the development of the group and the hip-hop in area (l^Uni.T Project, Festival Rencontres du 5eme Quart, etc^). They enter then a new phase of composition, managed over the duration, in order to effectively undertake the work necessary of administrative structuring supposed to create the conditions of a larger diffusion. The group continued toperform regularly in concert or festivals.
2003 !
The group takes again the way of the studios and records its new opus ~ Pas assez^ ~. Due to the experience they acquired through the years, like the first EP production, the defense of its titles on many stage through France and further, De~mos approaches this new year armed by positive vibes.
Rhymes and reflexions allied with technique and harmony, bottom and form, adultes visions, fathers in search of a kind of truth they want to instaure the dialogue.
